In consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred
Dollars, lawful money of the U.S. to me duly paid by
Paulina Meister of the City of Rochester
N.Y. the receipt whereof is acknowledged by Frederick Meister of
Henrietta, Monroe County, N.Y. a son of Lorenz Meister, late of the
City of Rochester, N.Y. deceased, have sold, assigned, transferred,
remised and released, and by this instrument do herby, for myself, my
heirs, executors, or administrators, sell, assign, transfer, remise and
release to the said Paulina Meister, her
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever all my rights title
and interest, in and to all, the property, both real and personal of
every kind and where ever situate, both in law and in equity left by the
said Lorenz Meister, which I now have, or might have in and to the
estate of said Lorenz Meister, deceased, either as a son of said
deceased or otherwise.
This assignment and release is made without any
recourse to me in any event.
